SellerPe ("we", "our", "the Service") helps e-commerce sellers on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon auto-fill and manage their claim forms. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We do not sell your data to anyone.
SellerPe is a productivity tool consisting of a web app (sellerpe.in) and a Chrome browser extension. You use it with your own seller account to file claims faster. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meesho, Flipkart, or Amazon.

We do not collect your platform passwords. The extension works only while you are already logged into your own seller account in your browser. We do not access your bank details, card numbers, or payment credentials.
The extension runs only on the seller pages you visit (supplier.meesho.com, seller.flipkart.com, sellercentral.amazon.in) and on our own site (sellerpe.in). On those pages it reads order/return information that is already visible to you, so it can fill claim forms on your behalf. It never submits a claim automatically — you always review and submit manually. The extension does not run on any other website.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it.
Each of these providers has its own security and privacy commitments. Your data is isolated per account using row-level security.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with the infrastructure providers listed above, strictly to operate the Service. We may disclose data if required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Synced return data is automatically cleaned up after a limited period. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us — we will remove it within 30 days.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and per-user access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using best practices.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to keep your data (claims, photos, videos and other information) safe and available, we are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or business impact arising from a claim, file, photo, video or other data failing to save, failing to upload, being corrupted, being lost, or being otherwise unavailable — regardless of the cause, including but not limited to technical errors, upload failures, server issues, network interruptions, or outages of third-party infrastructure providers we rely on (such as Supabase, Cloudflare, or Razorpay).
We strongly recommend keeping your own copies of original claim evidence (photos/videos) on your device until a claim is fully approved. Similarly, the Service only assists in filling forms on your own logged-in seller account — the final decision and submission are always yours. Your seller account and your relationship with each platform (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.) remain your own responsibility, and we are not responsible for any impact on your account standing or platform relationship, nor for any other direct or indirect business, financial or reputational loss, however it may arise from use of the Service. This section should be read together with the Limitations of Liability section of our Terms of Service.
SellerPe is a business tool intended for sellers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
