By using AutoClaim by SellerPe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the Service Is
AutoClaim by SellerPe is a software tool that helps e-commerce sellers (on Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon) automatically fill their return claim forms. It is a productivity tool — we do not guarantee that any claim will be approved.
2. Account & Registration
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- You can sign in with a Google account or with email/password.
- One AutoClaim by SellerPe account is allowed per real seller account.
- Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for any activity that happens on your account.
3. Acceptable Use
AutoClaim by SellerPe may only be used for legitimate business purposes:
- Use it only for your own seller accounts.
- Do not use it to file fake or fraudulent claims.
- Do not reverse-engineer or copy the tool.
- Do not abuse the system by creating multiple accounts.
- Do not use automated bots or scripts with the tool.
If fraudulent activity is detected, your account will be terminated immediately and reported to the relevant platform.
4. Subscription & Payment
- The 7-day free trial requires no credit card.
- After the trial, you must choose a plan — Basic (₹99), Standard (₹299), or Pro (₹499) per month.
- Payments are processed via Razorpay through UPI, card, or net banking.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
- If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
- If the service fails to work due to a technical fault, a full refund is available within 7 days.
- Refunds are not given for simply not liking the service (use the 14-day trial first to evaluate it).
- Partial-month refunds are not provided.
- No refund is given if an account is terminated for fraudulent activity.

6. Service Availability
We target 99% uptime on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee 100% availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues. We try to notify users in advance where possible.
7. Limitations of Liability
AutoClaim by SellerPe:
- Does not guarantee claim approval — that decision is made by the platform (Meesho, Flipkart, or Amazon).
- Does not guarantee any change made on the seller portal — the final submit action is always yours.
- Is not liable for any disruption caused by API changes on third-party platforms (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon).
- Has maximum liability limited to the amount of your last month's subscription.
Data and file loss: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make every effort to ensure your data (claims, photos, videos, and other information) is saved safely and remains available — but if any claim, file, photo, video, or data fails to save, is deleted, becomes corrupted, or is lost due to a technical error, upload failure, file corruption, server issue, network problem, an outage of a third-party service we rely on (such as Supabase, Cloudflare, or Razorpay), or any other reason — AutoClaim by SellerPe is not responsible for that loss, regardless of how it occurred or how much financial or business impact it causes you.
You should therefore always keep your own copies of original photos/videos on your phone or computer until a claim is fully approved — AutoClaim by SellerPe is a filing-assist tool, not a backup service.
Your relationship with the platform: AutoClaim by SellerPe is only an assist tool that helps fill forms using your already-logged-in seller account — the final decision and submission are always yours. Your seller account and your relationship with each platform (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, or any other) remain your own responsibility. If using the service affects your account standing on a platform, or if it causes you any other business, financial, or reputational loss — that responsibility does not lie with AutoClaim by SellerPe.
Overall, for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claim related to use of the service — however it may arise — our total liability is limited to the "maximum liability" amount described in clause 7 above.
8. Intellectual Property
The AutoClaim by SellerPe software, design, and content are our property. You may access the service only for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, or redistributing it is prohibited.
9. Termination
We may terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- A payment fails and is not resolved.
You may delete your account at any time — through settings or by emailing us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.
11. Terms Updates
We will send a notice to your registered email 15 days before any significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
