1. Service kya hai
ClaimAssist ek software tool hai jo e-commerce sellers (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon) ko unke return claim forms automatically fill karne mein help karta hai. Ye ek productivity tool hai — hum kisi bhi claim ka guarantee nahi dete ki wo approve hoga.
2. Account aur Registration
- Account banane ke liye 18+ saal ki umar honi chahiye
- Google account se login karna hoga
- Ek real seller account ke liye ek ClaimAssist account allowed hai
- Account credentials kisi ke saath share mat karo
- Tumhare account pe hone wali kisi bhi activity ke liye tum jimmedar ho
3. Acceptable Use
ClaimAssist ka use sirf legitimate business purposes ke liye karo:
- Sirf apne khud ke seller accounts ke liye use karo
- Fake ya fraudulent claims file karne ke liye use mat karo
- Tool ko reverse engineer ya copy mat karo
- Multiple accounts banake system abuse mat karo
- Automated bots ya scripts se tool use mat karo
Fraudulent activity paaye jane pe account immediately terminate ho jaayega aur concerned platform ko report kiya jaayega.
4. Subscription aur Payment
- 14-din free trial mein koi credit card nahi chahiye
- Trial ke baad plan choose karna hoga — Basic (₹99), Standard (₹299), ya Pro (₹499) per month
- Payment Razorpay ke through UPI, card, net banking se ho sakti hai
- Subscription monthly auto-renew hoti hai jab tak cancel na karo
- Cancel karne ke baad current billing period khatam hone tak access milta rahega
5. Refund Policy
- Technical fault ki wajah se service kaam na kare — 7 din mein full refund milega
- "Pasand nahi aaya" ke liye refund nahi milta (isliye 14-din trial use karo pehle)
- Partial month ka refund nahi hota
- Fraudulent activity pe account terminate hone pe refund nahi milta

6. Service Availability
Hum best effort basis pe 99% uptime ka target rakhte hain, lekin 100% guarantee nahi dete. Scheduled maintenance ya unexpected issues se service temporarily unavailable ho sakti hai. Hum pehle notification dene ki koshish karte hain.
7. Limitations of Liability
ClaimAssist:
- Claim approval guarantee nahi karta — ye platform (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon) ka decision hota hai
- Seller portal mein koi bhi change karne ki guarantee nahi deta — Submit tumhara hota hai
- Third-party platforms (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon) ke API changes se koi disruption hone pe liable nahi hai
- Maximum liability tumhare last month ke subscription amount tak limited hai
8. Intellectual Property
ClaimAssist ka software, design, aur content hamari property hai. Tum sirf personal, non-commercial use ke liye service access kar sakte ho. Copy, modify, ya redistribute karna prohibited hai.
9. Termination
Hum account terminate kar sakte hain agar:
- Terms of service violation ho
- Fraudulent activity payi jaaye
- Payment fail ho aur remedy na karo
Tum kisi bhi waqt account delete kar sakte ho — settings se ya email karke.
10. Governing Law
Ye terms Indian law ke under govern hoti hain. Koi bhi dispute Rajasthan, India ke courts mein resolve hogi.
11. Terms Updates
Significant changes hone pe registered email pe 15 din pehle notice bhejenge. Service use jaari rakhna updated terms se agreement maana jaayega.
